We partnered with Rationale to undertake a feasibility study that identified options and made recommendations how best to provide the Social Wellbeing Agency with excellent corporate services at a reasonable cost.
Long TermPlan (LTP) Review
We undertook a review of the Long Term Plan produced by Environment Canterbury (ECan) and identified key recommendations to enable improved performance management. These included clearer
level of service (LoS) measures and better use of the regulatory levers available to the council.
